Sustainability

Born from a desire to create a range of vintage-inspired, sustainable pieces – the I Dream For You collection pairs recycled fibres and organic cottons with thoughtful, quality-made designs. Each item in this collection has been crafted with passion and purpose to produce treasured wardrobe staples just for you.

OUR FABRICS & PROCESS

From sourcing fabrics to packaging our designs, our holistic and sustainable process ensures minimal environmental impact.  80% of our designs, including our limited-edition pieces and re-usable garment bags, are made at our sustainable factories in Europe. Here, we use environmentally conscious materials such as organic cottons and Tencel® – the lyocell fibre from the house of Lenzing – to create beautiful wares that will stand the test of time.

Organic Cotton

Organic cotton farming is wonderful because it puts an end to the use of toxic chemicals and genetically modified organisms. Instead, our cotton is certified to organic agricultural standards, which helps to sustain the health of soils and ecosystems by using natural processes – not artificial inputs.

Tencel®

Even though this botanic fibre is extracted from raw wood, it’s softer than silk, more absorbent than cotton and cooler than linen. Best of all, Tencel® fibre production

is ecofriendly thanks to its closed-loop system, which allows recycled products and packaging to be turned into new products at the end of their life cycle. Think about it as reincarnation for your clothes.

Denim

Jeans use up to 1,800 gallons of water to make just one pair. I Dream For You use 1/3 of the amount of water of regular denim and we recycle all our water so no water is polluted in our process. We use new technologies that allow us to recycle our water and reuse non-harsh chemicals to prevent any contamination into fresh water.

Recycled Materials

Our factory uses recycled polyester, which helps reduce dependency on petroleum as a raw material. This can reduce landfill, soil contamination and air and water pollution. What’s more, recycled polyester ensures no degradation of quality, meaning less wastage. We also use recycled cotton, which can lead to major savings of natural resources and reduce pollution caused by agriculture.

We’ve done our best to ensure this brand follows a sustainable process. From how we source our fabrics to the moment you hold your finished piece for the very first time, each garment has been crafted to create as little impact to the environment as possible.

Our end goal? To create dreamy pieces for you while having a positive impact on the future of sustainability.

We, you, I Dream For You.
